Terms and Conditions
To secure your appointment booking, you must make a 50% payment of the service cost at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please make the required payment to avoid the cancellation of your appointment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice, and the 50% deposit payment will be fully refunded. For purchasing a membership or package, payment must be made 48 hours before the first booking.
If you cannot attend your appointment, kindly inform Rusa by phone as soon as possible. Please note that cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If you provide less than 24 hours' notice for cancellation, the total amount for the service will be charged.
While we try to avoid cancelling appointments, if Rusa needs to cancel your appointment for any reason, we will provide you with as much notice as possible.
When purchasing membership packages or vouchers, all services must be taken within one calendar year from the date of purchase.
Confidentiality
Any information you provide to Rusa will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party. However, we may disclose your confidential information in specific limited circumstances as required by law, such as when there is a suspicion of harm to a child, vulnerable adult, or other person or when past or future criminal activities are involved.
Client Responsibility
Please note that changes to your hair health and practices require commitment and ongoing effort. While we are confident that you will notice improvements in your hair's appearance and feel, individual responses may vary, and we cannot guarantee the complete resolution of any hair-related issues.
One-on-One: Stylist Services
Your payment covers the 1:1 time with a stylist. While we may follow up with you between services, this communication is separate from the service itself, and we cannot guarantee the frequency of such contact. We will strive to respond to any queries within a reasonable period.
